From first exploration to an agent that keeps running
AI only pays off when the groundwork is right: the right processes, data that is usable, and agreements on what a system may and may not do. That is why we offer more than the agent itself.
- AI readiness. A short, scoped review of your processes and data, per department or for the whole organisation. Which work lends itself to automation or AI, what would it return, and what needs to be in order first? You get a prioritised report for your own business, even if you do not continue with us.
- AI structure. The foundation AI runs on: where models run (locally, self-hosted or with a provider), how knowledge bases and integrations are set up, and who can reach which data. Designed so you are not locked into one model or one vendor.
- AI agents. Agents, chatbots, knowledge bases and automated workflows that take over repetitive work, within limits agreed in advance. We build them and keep them running afterwards, because models change and output has to stay monitored.
- AI governance and compliance. Agreements and records around your AI applications: an inventory of what runs, a risk assessment under the EU AI Act, a usage policy, logging, human oversight and AI training for your staff. We support the technical and process side; it is not legal advice.

Websites, online stores and marketplace exits
The same team builds commercial web work under a second name, Platform Direct: website and web shop design, custom e-commerce, and migrations off marketplaces onto a platform the client owns outright. It is a different buying conversation from a software project or a hosting contract, so it has its own site rather than a page here.
- Web design and development. Marketing sites, landing pages and web apps, designed and built to order on a stack chosen for the job rather than for a template.
- E-commerce. Shopify, WooCommerce or headless. A shop whose code, catalogue and customer records are yours, not a storefront rented by the month.
- Marketplace exit and migration. Catalogue, orders and customers moved off eBay, Amazon or Etsy to your own store. Usually inside a week, without downtime, and without a commission on every sale afterwards.
- Automation on top. Listings, invoicing, shipping and first-line customer service automated once the platform is live, rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
Anything built there can be handed to the managed estate described above, or handed over entirely. That is decided per engagement, in writing.
