Custom software, automation & AI · Netherlands

Less manual work. More time for the work that matters.

We build custom software that automates manual and time-consuming processes, or hands them to AI entirely. We replace the packages your team works around, bring in new tooling where it is missing, and take the repetitive work off your people. The people who build it also keep it running.

ERIS: your business software and AI, on your own premises

You cannot send all your data and knowledge to the cloud. ERIS replaces cloud tools with modules in your own building, cuts the subscriptions, and automates processes internally with AI that works on your own data.

  • On your premisesERIS runs on your own hardware with local AI models, off-grid if it has to be. Your data and your knowledge base stay inside the building.
  • Replaces cloud softwareModules take over from the cloud tools you pay for now: chat, documents, CRM, meetings, e-signature, email and more. One app and one bill per seat instead of a stack of subscriptions.
  • Automates internallyAI agents work across all modules on your own data and knowledge base and take over processes inside the company, with one login, one data layer and every action logged.

What we do

Three ways to take work off your hands

Nearly every business has processes that take more time than they should: retyping between systems, spreadsheets that should have been an application, packages that almost fit. That is where we start.

Replace packages

Replace and automate your current packages

The off-the-shelf package your team works around, with exports, manual corrections and spreadsheets on the side. We replace it with software that follows your process instead of the other way round, and automate the steps the package left to you.

New software

New software, tooling and automation

Where there is no good system yet, we build it: a business application, a client portal, an integration between systems that do not talk to each other today. Automation is in it from the start, not bolted on later.

Lighten the load

Take work off your people with AI

AI agents and automated workflows that take over the repetitive work: processing documents, answering questions, collecting and preparing data. Your people keep the decisions that need judgement, and get time back for the work you hired them for.

And after delivery? What we build, we can also host and run, so it keeps working.

Hosting and support

Why this matters

Manual work is the most expensive line in your budget that you never see

An hour a day of retyping, checking or looking things up seems small. Across a team and a year it is a full-time role, filled with work nobody chose. And every manual step is a place where a mistake slips in, or where something waits because the one colleague who knows is on holiday.

We know how that feels, because we did it ourselves. We built more than twenty internal tools and agents that take over the repetitive part of our own work, and that is why a team this size can deliver what it does. We bring the same approach to your processes.

How a project starts

Three weeks before anyone writes code

Not a discovery theatre. A short, paid, scoped exercise that ends with a document you could take to another supplier, and a decision that is yours either way.

  1. Contract review

Before we quote, we determine whether we can actually meet what is being asked, including the statutory and regulatory requirements you may not have stated, and which side of the hosting boundary the engagement will sit on. If the answer is that we are the wrong supplier, that is a legitimate outcome and you hear it in week one.

  2. Design and development

Planned stages with defined inputs and outputs. Review, verification and validation are separate recorded activities. Security and accessibility are requirements in the same list as the features, not a phase at the end.

  3. Release acceptance

A defined acceptance against the recorded requirements, with nonconforming outputs handled explicitly rather than shipped with a note. Nothing reaches production on the strength of a verbal yes.

Security & compliance

Built to be audited, because our clients are

We are a processor of other people's personal data, at scale, across many unrelated controllers. Every hosted site may hold personal data belonging to that client's own customers. We treat Article 28 contracts, sub-processor disclosure and breach notification as core operating processes, not legal housekeeping.

What we can evidence today

Certification is in progress, not held. This page says exactly where each regime stands.

Tell us which work takes too much time

That is usually the most useful first conversation. Whether the answer is a new system, an AI agent, an integration between what you already have, or nothing at all, you get an honest assessment.
