AI readiness
Know what it returns before anything is built
We map which work lends itself to automation or AI, what it returns and what needs to be in order first. You get a prioritised report that you may use for your own business, even if you do not continue with us.
Two formats
Process analysis
A short scan of one department or one process. We sit with the people who do the work, see where the time goes, and calculate what automation returns per week. The low-threshold first step.
AI readiness
The same approach for the whole organisation, extended with your data, systems and preconditions. The result is a roadmap: what first, what later, and what not.
What we look at
Processes and lost time
Where does the time go? Retyping, searching, checking, waiting on each other. We talk to the people who do the work, not only to the people who assign it.
Data and systems
Where is your data, is it usable, and may it be used for this purpose? Which systems can be connected, and which stand in the way of a solution?
Opportunities and return
Per process: automate without AI, with AI, replace a package, or do nothing. With an estimate of the time saved and of the cost, including AI consumption costs.
Risk and preconditions
A first indication of whether an application could be prohibited or high-risk under the EU AI Act, where human oversight is needed, and what security work is required.

What you get
A report you can make a decision with
- Priorities. Which processes first, with expected return and effort side by side.
- A proposal per opportunity. Replace a package, new software, an integration, an AI agent, or deliberately nothing.
- What needs to be in order first. Data, access, agreements and the preconditions under the EU AI Act.
- The decision is yours. We advise. Whether and how you act on the advice is up to you.
FAQ
No. You may use the report for your own business, even if you hand the work to someone else or pick it up yourself. If you want to share it more widely than with your own advisers and regulators, we agree that briefly first.
We report what we find within the agreed scope and on the basis of the information and access we are given. That is no guarantee that every risk or opportunity surfaces, and we would rather say so up front.
No. We give a technical and process assessment. The legal conclusion belongs with your lawyer or data protection officer, and we are glad to work with them.
Tell us which work takes too much time
That is usually the most useful first conversation. Whether the answer is a new system, an AI agent, an integration between what you already have, or nothing at all, you get an honest assessment.
