Automation

The work nobody wants to do, the software does

Retyping invoices, moving data from one system to another, building the same Excel report every Monday, answering the same question again. We automate that work, with AI where it adds something and without where it is not needed.

What we automate

Document processing

Invoices, forms, contracts and email read, checked and routed to the right system or person automatically. Doubtful cases go to a colleague, the rest runs on its own.

Integrations

Connecting systems that do not talk to each other today: accounting, CRM, ERP, planning and web shop. Data is entered once and ends up in the right place everywhere after that.

Data and reporting

Dashboards and reports that are built by hand in Excel today, automatic and current. Straight from the source, without copy and paste, with numbers everyone sees the same way.

Internal knowledge assistant

Your people ask questions of your own documents, manuals and procedures, and get an answer with its source. Your knowledge base is kept separate from those of other clients.

Examples

What it looks like in practice

Typical situations we come across. What it returns in your case, in hours per week, we calculate for you in a process analysis.

  • Finance. Incoming invoices arrive by email, are read, checked against the order and prepared in the accounting system. The bookkeeper only reviews the exceptions.
  • Customer service. Frequent questions are answered by an assistant that knows your own documentation. Complex questions go to a colleague with the context attached.
  • Sales and web shop. Web shop orders flow into the ERP and the accounting system automatically, stock is updated and the customer gets their confirmation, without anyone retyping anything.
  • Management. The weekly report someone assembles every Monday morning is simply there, with current numbers from the systems themselves.

FAQ

No. A lot of manual work disappears with a good integration or a fixed rule. We use AI where the work involves reading, understanding or writing, such as reading documents or answering questions. That keeps it predictable and affordable.

Usually, yes. If a system has an API or an export, we can connect to it. If it does not, we say so up front, and sometimes replacing that system is the better step.

AI output is a proposal and can be wrong. So we set it up so that doubtful cases go to a person, and a colleague checks before an outcome affects people or goes outside the organisation.

Tell us which work takes too much time

That is usually the most useful first conversation. Whether the answer is a new system, an AI agent, an integration between what you already have, or nothing at all, you get an honest assessment.
