Assure keeps policies, risks, controls and evidence for standards and laws in one place. An audit no longer means a treasure hunt through folders and spreadsheets.
The software supports ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 42001 (AI management), SOC 2 (an American security audit), NEN 7510 (security in healthcare), NIS2 (the EU cybersecurity rules), DORA (EU rules for financial firms), the AI Act and the GDPR (the EU privacy law).
Controlled documents keep their workflow, approvals and audit trail whether the files are stored in Assure, in Google Drive or with another approved storage provider. The software covers risk and incident management, internal audits, supplier and asset management and records of processing.
Software alone does not make an organisation compliant. Assure provides the record needed to show compliance.
Upward Technologies is a software company in Breda, the Netherlands. It builds software and then runs it, with its people working inside the European Economic Area. Its products run in its own work first and are offered as SaaS (software as a service: Upward hosts and updates it, and the customer's data stays theirs and can be exported) or adapted to fit a customer's process and systems.
